POLICY

Here at Flawless Visage we uphold the role of providing quality service in a timely manner. We have implemented a cancelation and late policy which enables us to to better utilize available appointments for our client needs.

Deposit policy

A deposit is required to secure your spot for any service. If a deposit has not been sent your spot will be at risk of being taken by someone who has sent a deposit.

 

Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancelation notice will give another client the opportunity to make use of your allotted time. Please be courteous and call/text 613 617 1662 to advise us 24 hours before if you are no longer able to make it to your appointment. If an appointment is missed or canceled less than 24 hours before your initial appointment time, your deposit will automatically be non-refundable unless you are able to find somebody to take your appointment. In this case, you will receive your refund after they attend.

Late arrivals 

All arrivals more than 10 minutes late will automatically need to be rescheduled. We understand there are certain circumstances that may cause your late arrival. Please call/text 613 617 1662 in advance to discuss. If we do not receive a call or text advising us of your late arrival 45 minutes prior to your appointment then your deposit will be non-refundable & Non-Transferable to your rescheduled appointment, meaning that you would have to pay a new deposit to secure a new appointment.

No show appointments

Appointments that are missed without notice will be recorded in an account profile and will be charged a "No show" fee upon their next appointment and will not receive their deposit back.

Refunds & Returns on Products

If Brow Code products are faulty, broken or damaged on arrival. Please send an email at hello@Browcode.com within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase.

Send an email to hello@browcode.com within 2 weeks if you'd like to return your product. Orders must be unopened and unused in order to be returned. Amount will be refunded when item is received in good condition (unopened & unused).

 

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of item.
